Walked in without an appointment and was given a young lad who had stated he was a trainee. I should have been told there was no appointments, he was able to shave my head and neck. However he was very nervous and shaking whilst using the shaver. His colleagues weren’t supportive calling him a Mong which I think is disgusting especially in front of clients. My beard wasn’t cut straight or blended I have had to go else where pay more money to have it sorted. I won’t be returning neither would I recommend to anyone
