Was in desperate need for ear wax removal due to it causing severe pressure. Called up and was offered a same day appointment. Earwax Doc was very polite and professional, and talked me through each part of the processes which were fairly quick and painless. Ear is no longer blocked and feeling normal again. Would highly recommend.

Does what my GP can't.Gets appointments at very short notice.Diagnoses the actual problem (fungal, not bacterial).Advises of medication to buy.THEN finds a supplied for said medication when I can't find it in pharmacies.Absolutely worth the money and I recommend a visit if you have issues with your ears.Thanks once again EarWaxDoc.

So relieved! I had used wax softening drops on the Saturday that ended up completely blocking my ear, after 2 days i couldn't bear it anymore. Contacted Earwax Doc who saw me the same day and was able to get all of the compacted wax out, i feel like i have better hearing than before i used the drops it's amazing and a huge relief. Very professional service and setting, friendly and reassuring, would recommend to everyone.

Used Earwax doc service for the first time today. Satpal is very knowledgable and explained the condition of my ears in a clear and thorough way. Even showed me a video clip of my inner ears via a micro-scopic camera which helped me understand the current situation and health of my ears. The micro-suction was pain-free and was a better experience than what i’ve received via the ENT NHS community service. Gave me fantastic after care advice which i’ll be following up on. Would highly recommend. Will be using again.

Clean professional and also great with advice I’ve been suffering for a long time with my sinuses and blocked ears because of hayfever I have tried everything to keep it under control for this year but it was extremely bad. I went to see the lovely gentleman at the Ear clinic He went straight to the point of what could be the problem of the blockages and also clean out my ear he also recommended some medication that can be sold over the counter after the meeting I went out and brought the recommendation medication advise from the clinicis the best thing I’ve ever done literally I can breathe and hear everything thank you so much for fitting me in ! I definitely will come back !!

I phoned Earwax Doc and was given a same day appointment, which I booked for 2 ears to be done. He explained everything to me, examined one ear and told me it was clear, removed an enormous slug like creature of compacted wax from my other ear! Whole process was quick and efficient. Although I had booked for two ears, he kindly only charged for one. Top marks for integrity, overall very impressed
