I love this shop. Alway new and cute staff. Sometimes a little bit to expensive but cute.Self checkout

Went in on Friday and a rude older guy with glasses, was shouting at people in store. He seemed to be pretty angry about being there and got annoyed when I walked the wrong way.

Great shop with loads of unique bits; the guy with the long hair and the beard was really helpful when I was looking for something I'd seen on Instagram and found it when I couldn't!

Great little shop for whacky xmas gifts in the middle of Grand Arcade in Cambridge. Bought a few stocking fillers to entertain over after xmas dinner festivities

Great service by a lady called Charlotte who was super helpful and showed me some fantastic Halloween items I hadn't spotted. Will come again.

Most rude and unhelpful Tiger ever. Young girl with short hair was the saving grace, however the older dark haired chap with a short beard was the absolute worst. Totally undeserving of the role. A true discredit to your company, that I have been a loyal customer of for years. I will never frequent this store again. Told not touch items, spoken to abruptly and rudely, followed my family round the shop, felt hurried, watched and not wanted in the store. He was again rude and unhelpful at the tills and even my eight year old thought he was horrid. I think at Tiger you need to have a serious think about the staff selection at this store, as this man is losing you business. Hygge it definitely wasn’t!Note from my eight year old:Was not allowed to touch things. If I was going to buy it I would need to know what it was like. It made me not want to buy the things I liked the look of. I was hoping to spend some of my pocket money. He so was horrible I didn’t buy all the things I wanted.

Rude older guy with glasses told me not to touch a ukulele. I'd id like to purchase it.. I would unfortunately have to touch it. A sense of humour and some manners wouldn't go amiss.

Awesome shop full of exactly the kind of imaginatively designed and low-priced junk that we can't resist buying.

Loads of unique stuff in this shop for gifts, party's or arts & crafts at great prices but reason for the low review is the fact that there no tills it's all self serve but no one seems to be about to help. After trying by a object that requires I'd check the guy confirmed it then disappeared but due to someone before scanning a items they didn't want and it not being cleared we moved to different machines then required the I'd check again but no staff was in site then when talking to the person I was with about how no one seems be about to help one of the staff members rudely shouted the code 1995 across the store (meaning anyone with the code could by 18 plus items) then told her colleague to sort the other machine blaming us when it was the customer before us but this would even be a problem if they had staff up front to help. Won't be using this shop again for the fact of the staff rudeness expeshly the blonde lady who rudely keep shouting across the store. It's disgusting behaviour and the company needs to retrain the staff in this shop on how to help and speak to the general public because its not very professional shouting at customers and telling the whole store the code because she was to lazy to walk over to help.

Price and selection are good. However, I didn't see one member of staff. Seems they've installed did service tills. There was one old-fashioned till, but I didn't see anyone that was staff to operate the till. Pretty poor. I'm less likely to shop here because of that
