Would recommend Firmin & Co completely. They handled the sale of my property and have been brilliant throughout the whole process. Sophie came initially and measured, took images. Then Jamie has been our main point of contact, we are so thankful for Jamie’s help during this process! Not sure it would have gone as well as it has if we had gone elsewhere… they also recommended a solicitor who has been equally as helpful so would recommend following their suggestions.

Recently bought a house through Firmin and Co. The whole team were excellent, Sophie and Sam in particular who we dealt with were extremely professional and helpful, ensuring the sale went through in a timely manner. One of the best estate agents around and their fees were very competitive compared to others.We worked closely with Jamie to sell our house, he was always friendly and went out of his way to help sell our property. Not only that, but he also went out of his way to help us purchase our new house even though it was with a different estate agent.If it wasn’t for Jamie, we would have not been successful at buying our new house because the agency selling it was very difficult to deal with and even unethical in their approach to selling. I was on the market for nearly a year with another agent only a hand full of viewings had come through the door. I then switched to Firmin & Co and things changed, firstly the staff are fantastic, they cant do enough to help. Sophie and Sam are first class. we had loads of viewings from that point and within a few months we where sold, they managed to secure a price for my home some 3K more than i was expecting. Highly recommended. At the point of sale they also pushed buyers and sellers in the chain to keep thing progressing. First Class agent,!!!!

Jamie has managed our purchase SUPERBLY. He was very efficient, communicative and proactive. Moreover he went 'above and beyond' his remit, by offering us additional support with our simultaneous sale in London, especially when our local estate agents proved to be utterly incompetent! We have been in the process of moving for a year now. We finally exchanged contracts today which was largely due to the efforts made by Firmin. Jamie has gone above and beyond in getting this very differcult sale to this point. I can't recommend this friendly, professional and knowledgeable company if you are selling or buying property. Ok I'm off to open the champagne now.
