Excellent customer service the manager not only helps me find what I want but then organised to collect product form another store that I needed always a pleasure to visit this store ..go and see for yourself .. I'm only writing this as after so long locked down it was great to see happy familiar faces who were happy to see a returning customer

Just went to buy something at this branch and saw the shop assistant being rude to a customer with no reason. He was an elderly gentleman, and she was just plain rude. He had asked the other colleague and she gave the information, but probably for some reassurance he asked the lady at the till, and her answer was you already asked my colleague and she said no

There's a blonde lady and dark haired chap that I've only seen in this branch...the lady leads the way with rudeness, disrespect and trying to wing it with advice (I'd much rather they admit they don't know or help in another way such as trying to find information). The chap is a close second to the lady. I've had many dissatisfied experiences there and try and avoid going to this branch.

I've been to this branch inside the haymarket Leicester today 13/5/20To purchase vitamin d tabletsThe lady over the counter says fetch the item scan your own item an wash your £20 note in sanatiser my purchase was for £17 I've never been treated like this I've shopped at many branches regular every month but will avoid this haymarket Leicester branch the lady manager said it wastold by headofficebut she was not wearing a mask an gloves herself awful experience. Been to many stores never had this problemGo to tesco holland an Barratt which are helpful an great staff.
