Avoid Ryan from Affordable Roofing. No professionalism and not honest to keep appointments. With 15 years on the job (so he says) still cannot rectify a leaking gutter.

Had this company to re roof my house and replace gutters.that was last Nov/Dec 2021 the roof leaks more now than before called them back several times but not fixed it. The gutters are leaking in several places as well. He has since stopped answering my calls and ignored messages. Sent recorded delivery letter to his address but came back saying no one of that name at that address. I don't want you anywhere near my house again. I've had 2 other companies to look at the roof and they have both said that My roof is leaking and it is not coming from next door. The work you did was appalling. And why would the recorded delivery letter come back as 'NOT KNOWN AT THIS ADDRESS' if you were not trying to avoid me,very strange since that address is on your invoice. You've only contacted me onhere because I've made it puplic. Do not contct me again.

Ryan and the lads came to repair my flat roof which had been leaking indoors and they did a first class job. A previous firm had repaired it but it still leaked but it was obvious from the start that Ryan was doing a proper job at a very reasonable price.. I cannot recommend him highly enough. If you need your rood repairing you need look no further.
