Came in after a bad haircut at another barber and Matt fixed it up. Been coming back ever since. Both barbers in the shop are really experienced and can give great recommendations on what to do with your hair. Matt recommended the scissor cut as seen in the photo and it’s the best trim I’ve had. Highly recommend this barbershop!

I have been coming here for 3 years would highly recommend this place has always made time to fit me in and never given a bad haircut.The atmosphere in the shop is always lively and the staff are very friendly. Overall a great barber shop !!

The best barbershop that we’ve had in this area for many years. Matt will always try and help you out with appointments and his cuts are faultless. Relaxed and inviting environment too, with Santi exploding into song every 10 minutes or so!! Their customer service is second to none. Booking via the app is really convenient too. Keep it going!

Took my little boy (15m) for a cut with Matt. Not only was he brilliant with the little guy (put Peppa Pig on for him too), but he did an awesome cut. He looks like a proper little dude now. Thanks Matt, see you in a few weeks!Oh and Santi cut my husbands hair at the same time and did an equally brilliant job. Will be back!

I recommend Santiago, he's cut my hair for a couple of years now. Other barbers I've been to it's like they run the clippers over for 10 mins and want you in and out. Santi is an old school barber, easily the best one in Chester I've been to. I've never been unhappy with a haircut from him! Top bloke.

Excellent barbers with a nice atmosphere. Highly recommend Santi as once he gets going with that razor you come out shining like a new penny. Bookings are required which saves you waiting around, and there's loads of free parking.

Best barber, period. Tried multiple barbers in the Chester area and not one even comes close to Matt at Primal Cuts. Very meticulous and takes pride in his cuts. Also a great atmosphere in the shop. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Very good and friendly service. Tried a lot of barbers around chester and these guys are definitely the best about. On top of that they are super affordable compared to most barbers nowadays.

Walked in on the off-chance my 19 year old autistic son could get his hair cut. We saw Santi, who was lovely and kind with my son. Did a great job and tidied up his straggly beard which we can never get him to do. Looks great and a fabulous price too. Very happy

Best place I’ve ever had my hair cut!! Santi and Matt are both top fellas and welcome you with their humerus banter. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
