I used their service before and was pleased every time - today (20/09) however everything changed when met the most unqualified lady ever!! Even though I mentioned multiple times that I want them thin, there she goes applying a 3 inch thick tint.When looked in the mirror I was under the impression that I have 2 sausages on my face instead of eyebrows. When asked her to clean that immediately, she was more bothered that she used £5 worth of product instead of questioning her capability of meeting the client's specific request! Because I am not rude and confrontational type of person, I agreed to pay for a poorly delivered service! Hours later, I am still in pain and have a rash under my right eyebrow (got photo), this was never the case when had them done by other members of staff! And about some common sense manners - can anyone teach her that when she sneezes is better to cover her mouth to avoid spreading her germs on her clients face?? Thank you! It was first and last time when putting myself in this lady's hands, if she is on shift when I come I will be out the door next second!

Shabana cut and blowdried mine and my mums hair, we both loved it. Lovely staff and super quick but amazing. Recommend!

Just outrageous!I often go to cut my hair here and thought this would be like before, BUT NO. All the hairdressers with experience were no longer here and were replaced by, mind my saying so, amateurs!Not only did the hairdresser split my hair from the middle (something I never do!), she was incapable of holding my hair with the grip of a comb, something every hairdresser should be able to do!So now you'd think that all that went wrong was that I had my hair cut by an inexperienced begginer and had my hair completely ruined. But that's not all! I was charged more than I should have and had it not been for my saying so, I'd have suffered loss!This is complete nonsense. The customer is treated like a mere object with whom they let mistake slide by. Let me remind you that customer satisfaction is critical in every business but when you deal with the customer themself, then remember, mistakes should never occur.I ask you to invest in better staff training and simply because you're in east London doesn't mean you can slack off in quality.

Asked for a volume blow dry. My hair was flat and straight by the end of it with 0 volume. Really disappointed. They had no idea what I was asking for and tried to curl by the end of it.

It was the worst hair cut I have ever had in my life! I had asked the hair dresser to give me a 'Layers' cut but it was cut so uneven that I could have done it at home myself. I had to tell her that it was uneven from one side and then she would chop some more hair to make it look even.I would suggest everyone to save their money and go to a better place. Highly disappointing. Just waiting for my hair to grow back so that I can get a decent haircut.

Bad for doing hair styles - got my hair curled and it didn’t even last for 3 hours. And two different people did my hair, one did small random curls and the other pulled my hair, hurting me, whilst curling it and did thicker sections, leaving a mess on one side of my hair. I have done it better on myself that lasts up to a week?!Does an okay job for threading but eyebrows often come out too thin or uneven- depends on who does itFace wax caused me to break out- seems unhygienicThings seem self taught rather than professionalThe fake eyelash extension jobs seem self taught as well.Only good for a quick and rough job, don’t recommend for important days

Absolutely love this place.Been going here for years for my beauty treatments.Sonam is just the best beautician ever,She does amazing eyebrow threading and lovely hair cutsWould definitely recommend and it reasonably priced.You will not be disappointed !5 star

If I could would rate this salon zero due to the fact of hygiene and staff is not professional and when you tell them something end up doing the wrong things without understanding and speak in different language in front of you and makes you feel uncomfortable and I’m very disappointed with the service they offer to give and need to get better staff who have qualified experience and know what they are doing and can provide the service which customers want furthermore I wanted lash extensions and gave me really bad glue and couldn’t take the lashes off and made me go partially blind and needed to have surgery due to the poor products they have used on me and didn’t complete test patch before applying the product on sensitive area which was my eyes and I asked them to take off the lashes and said I would have to pay double for the service so which didn’t make sense because I was reacting straight away but wasn’t listening to me and thought they know me better when I even explained several times that it is irritated my eyes as the staff made mistake and not me on applying the lashes also will not recommend anyone to go to this salon as unprofessional and should closed down due to lack of requirements and not trained enough staff moreover need to be doing further training for them to reopen this salon or keep new staff to keep this business running and I’m very sure this salon will be closed down very soon .

I asked for a deep cleanse facial. The lady that did my face was really rough, she was pushing the product into my eyes which caused my eyes to sting a little. After I told her to stop pushing it into my eyes, she seemed to ignore my request and continued to do this. When it came to steaming my face, she said it needs 20 minutes and then she will come back. This lady left me for about 45 minutes. I had to shout out to the staff members and then she came back. I also wanted to mention hygiene.. this lady did not wash her hands at all. If I’m doing facials by someone, I expect their hands to be washed after every step especially if you need to touch my face. Hygiene is very poor. I am generally really disappointed. This place should not be open at all. I hope the staff and managers see this. It’s unacceptable.
