I’ve been training with Jack for around 9 months and his expertise has helped me with my weight, general fitness and understanding what exercises work for me.He tailors all my session to my needs and keep a variety so there’s no boredom. It’s hard work but also a good laugh too.I really believe that anyone embarking on a fitness regime would benefit greatly from spending time with Jack.I expect that most people drop out of fitness due to lack of motivation and variety but Jack will keep your motivated and help you get your body where you want.

Around 18 months ago I decided to embark on my fitness journey, which is when I discovered JT training. Everyone's goals within fitness are different, but Jack takes the time to get to know his clients individually to ensure their goals are met. When I began, I felt unsure what was needed to reach my fitness goals but with the guidance and support from Jack I'm pushing myself further each week. Over the past 18 months not only has my fitness developed further but my confidence too. I would highly recommend JT training to anyone who is wishing to achieve their goals in fitness.

I’ve been training with jack for around a year now and I genuinely don’t think I could have lost the three stone I have without his support and guidance!I would highly recommend him, he’s extremely knowledgeable and makes sure that you work hard. Me and my mum were apprehensive to get a personal trainer but it’s the best decision we’ve made, if you are thinking about it, just do it!!!You wouldn’t regret it when you start to see the results and learn along the way. I met Jack 12 months ago at my gym when I was considering getting a personal trainer. Being an older person I was really not sure what goals I had other than keeping fit and able to move! Jack has really inspired me and worked me HARD. He has provided a training programme for use at the gym, nutritional advice, regular fitness assessments and my weekly workout with him. Jack is friendly and professional and knows what he is talking about. In twelve months I am at my fittest, can lift heavier than ever, and my body is in the best shape it has ever been. Jack's persistence and vision, and unwillingness to listen to my excuses (!) has got me to this point.

As a middle aged woman who suffers from knee and back problems I have previously found it difficult to improve my fitness. When I discovered JT training, Jack was able and to develop a programme that suited my needs, enabling me to become fitter to the best of my ability. Every session, Jack is able to adjust the exercises to support my I injuries which has enabled me to develop further. I would highly recomend JT training to anyone regardless of their age or ability.

Everything you could want from a personal trainer. Jack is highly motivational and incredibly knowledgeable in multiple areas of fitness and health.
