Worst hospital in Hertfordshire if you care about your loved ones please take them somewhere else staff ignore you especially the black ones 70 percent of them are bad staff who will inject you if you speak up for yourself really disrespectful rude keep running away again don't bring your loved ones here they they even give you what your prescribed for your medication and food is like dog food

Even though I'm here involuntarily under a section, the place isn't bad. Decent staff, some are really engaging, consultants listen to requests. Communication can be a little better but compared to the other hospitals I've been in, they actually seen to want to work on issues. It's set very close to the city centre and nearby parks so the location couldn't be better for community trips.

Ask to speak to manger, got told they would call me Friday, never called me back, so rang them Monday to speak to manager they told, they know nothing about it and that no manger is in!!!

Like any other mental health facility, more funding or investment needs to go into modernising the building. Something like a rainbow room, for visitation to facilitate recovery. My nephew and I sat in the open and with covid restrictions people passing in and out, as well as the Doctor engaging in personal medical information in the open. There is need for improvement
