I used this medical service for 22 years. It was never good enough but lately I was so disappointed at the doctors very unprofessional tbh . Just because the area so deprive and most of the patients could not speak English . They're very disrespectful especially DR . Mohamad when when I used to go in and said good afternoon. He never answered. And he was so unexperienced. I'm so glad after 22 years I have changed my GP. I strongly advise ppl to not use that meadcial service. .

This doctors is getting worse 166 times I phoned this morning before anyone even picked the phone up to say there is no appointments left

One of the worst medical practice i have experienced in Manchester. Completly clueless and mismanaged.My newborn had an 8week first vaccination appointment which was rescheduled 3 times on account of staff unavailability. Even sent to another medical practice who also cancelled on me. When i submitted a complaint to the manager, i received a clueless response holding me at fault; citing that it was somehow my fault that i did not show up for the cancelled appointment; despite the fact that i received the call from them asking me not to attend.The practice is being run like a circus by clowns! Will be switching to another practice, if this continues.

How many urgent appointments do you have on the day? They have merged and the service is worse. I was number 12 in the queue at 8am and when I got through they didn't have urgent appointments left. I dont believe that they have only 12 appointments for the day. They are booking these so called urgent appointments in advance for other patients as they like. And the other day I was number one in the queue and all the receptionist was trying to do was talk me out of booking the GP and instead booked me for Physio. And the physiotherapist made my knee worse. Now I can't get a GP appointment all over again. I am sitting and ringing them from 7.55am everyday.

Disgusting service, only 2 doctors on premises. Made over 400 calls trying to get appointment, still haven't got one! No wonder we're all dying

At the beginning was pleasant. Now it is a stressful time to get an appointment. Phone either engaged or take around 5 mins to answer phone. getting appointment is like getting blood out of a stone.

Absolutely disgusting service blaming the lack of doctors for not giving appointments to people who really need it. Don't take on more patients if you can't provide appointments to the registered service users. Shocking service from the receptionist team who read from a script no empathy whatsoever asking to call back every morning to get an appointment, when you simply can't get through. Horrible!

Horrible & unaccessible!- They ask to call at 8am to make an appointment but then too busy to pickup- asking for your medical report you need to fill out an online form that after you arrive at the practice they refer too. This report then takes up too 4 weeks to receive!- my mums been trying to arrange to see her go for 3month! But still they can’t book an appointment. It’s 2022 and you can’t book an online appointment for the practice.- customer service is terrible staff don’t speak to each and give different information.Do not use this practice! Waste of time and when health and saving peoples lives matter this practice can further damage your health.

THIS PRACTICE IS THE WORST PRACTICES IN THE NHS. the AUDACITY of having me to call them 79 times to book one appointment for them to now change it to online bookings is ridiculous. the receptionist are rude. The doctor are not understanding and make you feel like your wasting their time. I booked an appointment online on the 1st march and i only just got a call from them at 9 makes me furious! What if I missed the call, they would of never called me back, they didn’t even remind me or send me a text to let me know what time the appointment is. And I wanted to talk about something else since i had the doctor on the phone and he had the nerve to tell me to call and book another appointment!?!? how rude can they be. That is soooooo outrageous, honestly this practice deserves to get shut down! I didn’t even want to give them a one star review, they are forcing me. they deserve minuses

It’s very sad to write that your service is very poor. A patient call the doctor in a desperate situation. We tried to call the surgery since 8:00am today but keep saying the line is busy. Then called to the pharmacist and was in queue number 15. Still tried to be patient. Finally about 50 to 55 minutes got received but your reply is that there is no appointment available call again tomorrow morning. Then tried to ask the staff how about if you don’t receive or say the same as call back next day. Then she put the phone down. Now we are trying to call the 111. Hope everything goes good to all.
