Would not recommend this place at all, very disappointed about the service we’ve received.After getting our flooring fitted November 2022,We’re still waiting for them to come back and correct the work. This is now March 2023… 4 Months and still waiting, constantly getting fobbed off, waiting for call backs and never hear from them until we call them back. When we do call them back they know NOTHING ABOUT THE PROBLEM!We’ve have 3 different people to come sort the flooring out and still isn’t up to standard.All flooring isn’t laid to standard, the laminate keeps snapping as they just packing the flooring as it should be screened. The cuts are rough and the beading isn’t even neat or even cut to meet properly. Such poor communication from the company. Would not recommend at all.

3 weeks later after fitting the laminate and we’re still waiting for thresholds! Haven’t called back when they say they will, and we have chased them, no answer on the phone as I’m chasing yet again. Very poor after sales service

After been let down again at Wilsons carpet, passed by here and stopped in on the off chance , well Andrew was there, left us too it , great banter, and very helpful let us take a sample home to look at it down,,it was wowzers , lovely staff at least they were down to earth ,JUST THE ROOF INSIDE NEEDS SORTING AS IT MAKES THE PLACE A LET DOWN , AND A BIT OF PAINT OUTSIDE WOULD HELP otherwise great place
