Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Hereford

Been use Enterprise privately and thrue company several times. Car's always been prepared as the should and not issues when returned. Staff is very friendly and keen to help if needed. Car are new or with very low milage and only petrol was now. Will use them definitely next time.

Really great experience, the vehicle was in really good condition with no issues for the entire time we had it. Prices were really fair and the additional options were good to help save some money should there be any issues. Zach was really helpful when we handed the vehicle back and the whole process was super easy. Made moving house that little bit less stressful! Would definitely use again!!

Mollie and the enterprise crew were totally amazing! I asked mollie to help organise the hire of a Mini Cooper ( my dream car) to take my mum away to Cornwall whilst visiting from Australia! Mollie went over and above to not only help me acquire the ultimate dream car in a very short time frame but provide the flexibility to pick us up from our home address. The service and understanding of the team made my visit back to Hereford the most enjoyable trip todate. Thank you Enterprise one!

Amazing car to go away with the kids.great customer service we had zac help us out, made sure we were comfortable with how the car works and got all questions out of the way! Even when we dropped it off staff were so kind. Will definitely use again.

I don't rent vehicles very often but only ever use Enterprise. Rented a removal van recently and it was perfect. Clean and ready on time. Even when I couldn't return it on schedule the staff were very helpful and rearranged for me.

The van was booked online for work. When we arrived we were informed 'there isn't one available!!!' Obviously we were furious especially when the Manager informed us 'you have to wait 10 days for a refund'. Her attitude was arrogant, nonchalant and totally unreasonable, she didn't care about the situation that had been caused and did not want to help us at all. The assistant Manager, thank goodness, was helpful and understanding and seemed genuinely embarrassed for the situation the Company had caused. We eventually managed to find a different Company but had to take what they had, which wasn't ideal. Apparently this is a 'regular occurrence' with this Branch. Still awaiting a written apology from the Branch.

Great experience. The vehicle is always clean and in good condition. Very quick process and we are good to go with the hired car. The team is very nice and polite.It was quite chilly this morning and they offered to drop me off at the bus station. I couldn't explain which bus stop I need. But it was just about 5 minutes from the station. I could catch the bus. Thank you for everything. :)

Had a hiccup over the van I was allocated caused by the website, but the staff dealt with the situation and went above and beyond to make amends. I'm super grateful.I didn't catch the name of the lady who I think is the manager, but she was exceptionally good and is an asset to this company for sure.
