It's probably the worst of all the kfcs I visit. Chicken had been standing a while, too many drummers. Bought a 10 piece variety bucket, the 4 mini fillets where fine. 8 spicy wings were OK. Chips were dry and the 10 chicken pieces seemed that they'd been there a long time. Trouble is when you buy a drive through, you tend to drive away so there's nothing you can do. Will avoid this place for a while now.

I get food delivered from this KFC as it's the closest to me, but far too often items are missing. Today it was the drinks. You need to improve the checking process before sending orders out for delivery.

Saturday mid afternoon & Cardiff playing away so no excuse! However the guy taking orders was seriously slow & needs a beard net as I had visions of disgusting droppings of hair and whatever else falls out of unkept beards within my order. Chicken was barely warm and extremely dry (gotta be the worst chicken I have ever consumed). The side gravy was luke warm but the highlight of this £16.00 meal was the chips....oh My! There is no word other than disgraceful....I won't be putting my hard earned cash into this pig feed restaurant ever again! Disgraceful.

Absolutely awful. Took ages to get served as everyone was more interested in the home delivery side of the business.After eventually being served I waited patiently for my fast food order. Unfortunately it wasn't fast.When it eventually did arrive my burger arrived with cheese. An item I requested not to be in my food. Let's try again. Oh let's miss up again. Maybe third time lucky. Woo hoo success. One burger without cheese.Pity the chips were stone cold.I know the chicken is called original recipe but I didn't think I would be getting an actual piece from the original restaurant though.Shocking experience from start to finish. Staff were more interested in the time I was there with the home deliveries. Hopefully the gentleman that was constantly back and forth the counter complaining leaves a similar review.Definitely won't be returning anytime soon if ever.

This place outshines Barry by a mile! Clean and fresh. The food is beautiful. The hot wings are not greasy like Barry and the staff are so much more friendly and professional again in comparison to Barry. I saw no food on the floor (like Barry) and everything was clean and tidy. Well done KFC Leckwith. Keep up these professional standards!!! I live practically next door to barry KFC and its worth the drive to Leckwith! says it all really.

Bit of a shambles.. the young lady serving us to begin with was so miserable, and I mean complete misery, at no point in the whole experience did she crack a smile, then there's the fact the order was wrong as she was taking payment, this isn't her dajkt completely this is because of the second lady, busy body getting in the mix and messing it up, worst part when I got to .y table with my cold food I quickly realised the order on the tray was still completely wrong, I didn't bother to complaining, I just ate the cold and hard chicken.The restaurant wasn't particularly busy so the long wait was unnecessary but the state of the place was horrendous, safe to say this is another experience that puts me off going there again

Closing time for the restaurant is stated as 11pm, i arrived at 10:10pm to be told there was only 1 single item of food left for the remaining 50 minutes.Thankfully McDonald’s was across the road!

I've always loved KFC and this one is no exception. Very nice food and friendly staff. Decorated nicely. Great location with shops all around. Right by the Blue Birds stadium so great for after a match but it will be busy then. They also have a drive through here.
