I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service and professionalism I received from TW motors. From when I first came to the shop to get a quote for the damage to my car, to dropping off the car for repair and collecting my car afterwards, the entire experience was seamless and good. Furthermore, the pricing was very fair and reasonable considering the multiple scratches and dents on my car. It only took two days for my car to be sorted and so I didn’t have to be without transportation for a long time. Overall I am pleased with my experience at TW motors and highly recommend their shop to anyone in Reading or the surrounding areas. My car looks brand new and I can’t thank TW motors enough for helping me the sort the damages to my car.
