Amazing course by a lovely and inspiring woman - Really helped me and my partner to get in the right mind-frame for birth of our 1st baby boy. Katie helped us discuss our concerns and thoughts openly and in a kind and warming environment. Thanks Katie :)

We’ve just finished our last of 4 sessions with Katie, and couldn’t speak highly enough of what she does. It’s my partners first baby, and it’s really transformed her approach and mindset going into the birth, and it’s also left me a lot more confident than I have been with the birth of my previous children. Katie delivered our classes over zoom, and went through a series of really thorough and well planned topics, and was helpful in answering any questions we had along the way.Highly recommend for anyone during their pregnancy!

We are due to welcome our new addition in November, I was so apprehensive about the birth as my previous birth was a little traumatic. Katie has completely changed my perspective and really empowered me, I know now I have all the tools that I need to have a positive experience and the apprehension has now turned into excitement. The down to earth teaching method was exactly what we needed, it was so informative yet not at all overwhelming and we both got so much from it. My husband and I did a course with Katie while I was pregnant with our first baby. Neither of us had much of an idea about what we should expect during the birthing process or the options that would be available to us.We had heard of hypnobirthing previously but did not fully know what to expect. Katie was amazing at talking us through hypnobirthing ideas and processes and what we could expect during the birth. We both learned a lot about the stages of labour and she explaining how we could start certain practices in advance to facilitate a positive experience on the day. It allowed us to see the birth as something to look forward to rather than to be scared or wary of, as it would ultimately lead to us meeting our daughter.We would definitely recommend Katie's course, she made us feel extremely comfortable, gave us lots of personalised support and provided us with clear and helpful information. This was especially important as I gave birth during the COVID-19 pandemic and many of our previously considered resources were not available to us. She adapted her course material really well to a digital approach and used video conferencing to great effect so that we never felt like we were missing out on a face-to-face experience.

Katie is a fantastic teacher! We absolutely loved the course and came away feeling, excited, informed and ready for the birth. Could not recommend highly enough! :)

We had private hypnobirthing with Katie, and I would do it again in a heartbeat. It’s boosted my confidence and how I feel about birth massively, I feel so much more in control now. She’s super friendly and supportive, really easy to talk to and adapts the course to what you need and want to know.
