Quick service considering the place was packed. Just watched my daughter play for Wales v Ireland in local stadium so had both teams plus a lot of friends and families.

Inside pub was quiet and empty which was good although garden at rear full. Hand sanitizer on every table and staff come to table for orders. Felt quite safe inside pub due to restrictions in place for covid-19 . Staff look totally fed up though

Brilliant evening,D.J was excellent and played any song you asked for.Nice glass of wine .Toilets were lovely and clean .Great place for a nice drink with friends .

Another fantastic place in Colwyn Bay. Here after an International Rugby League Match. Spent a couple of enjoyable hours. Owner friendly & welcoming. Very busy during our visit but extra staff called in to deal with it. Most enjoyable and well worth a visit.

Been in a few times just recently and I've found the place to be very very good. Have read reviews of others and I find them difficult to understand. Little story I left my keys on the bar by mistake and went for the bus, the bus stop is not that close to the Park, but just before the bus arrived the bar person ran all the way up to the bus stop to return my keys. Thanks to him, but total respect to the other staff who I've met in my short time here.

On holiday and I wouldn't pass through Colwyn Bay without popping into the Park Hotel. Lovely staff and a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The real fire on a cold day just topped everything off for me. Thank you guys x

Pub manager just gets pissed with staff/girlfriends every night more....very unpleasant like walking into a cowboy film....all looking at you with their little English snake eyes..staff that's is.Bouncer smoking outside with customers and also having a pint to...Best thing is cheap booze and their dj keeps their pub alive...pitty can't sort the attitude of some of the staff and the pissed manager

Friendly staff and customers ,prices are more than fair , £3.70 for a pint bottle of magners you can't go wrong. Probably a fiver down the road.Just a pity the outside space can't be used late on but it is what it is. We'll worth a visit for a few pints.
