Looks nice but poorly managed. Insufficiently staffed causing the swimming pool to never be open.

Poorly managed complex. Dirty common areas (hallways) with stains that would make a crime scene look clean. Hallways and lifts sometimes smell like rotten fish. Pool is almost always closed and there seems to be a water outage quarterly for long periods of time (overnight or longer). Best redeeming quality is concierge staff has always been very nice.

The place is run over by rat's and mice, BIG BIG pest problems coming out from the kitchenpipes. Asked the other people living in the buildings and they have same problem. Management at this place is non to exist. This is big HAZARD issue and people can get sick with all types of diseases that this rat's and mice have with them.Manager here is just pretending to have meetings every day at all times and Don't want to do anything about it.

The only good thing is that it is near my workplace. Everything else is: building badly managed, maintenance non existent, smoking on balconies is allowed, high prices.
