We asked Rustic Rural to replace our side gates, we gave them a vision and they turned it into reality..So many positive things to say about this company, the quality, the skills, always professional and friendly. The ability to understand your requirements and turn them into beautiful products is just amazing. We were so happy with our gates we even asked for a post box and house plaque to match!

Rustic rural took a very very sentimental church pew which was far too long for our house and cut it down to a manageable size and used the remnants of wood to create 2 shelving units. He totally “got” how important this was to me and exceeded all my expectations. He was always easy to talk to and wanted to understand exactly what we wanted. He collected the pew on time, kept us updated and delivered it back when he said he would. In a world where you are often promised things that never materialize it was so refreshing.Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

We asked Rustic Rural to replace our rotten and drafty single-glazed sash windows. We live in a conservation area so we needed to find someone with experience working with older properties and who would make us like-for-like windows but with double glazing. Andy absolutely delivered what we asked for. He was available to discuss any requirements we had. We are beyond pleased with the results and the new windows have make a huge difference to our house and even our neighbours have commented on what a great job the guys did. They were friendly, efficient and tidied up after themselves at the end of every day! I couldn't recommend them enough.

I can highly recommend Rustic Rural as they have made and fitted a number of renovations to our home, including: supplying and fitting an attractive new exterior door, transforming the interior of our garage to provide shelving/storage and a useful workspace, and designing and constructing an attractive bespoke tall shelving unit to fit into an awkward space inside our home. We are highly delighted with all of Andy’s work which was completed on time and in accordance with his quotations. Communication was excellent with prompt responses to all of our queries. We have now asked Andy to fit a wooden floor to the ground floor of our home.
