After lots of thought I took the plunge and I am very pleased with the results. Absolutely no pressure from Lloyd, he is very personable, attentive and will perform his work at your speed, me personally didn’t want a vast difference in appearance, I wanted to keep as naturally looking as possible, I went for a slow gradual progress approach, at no point was I ever rushed in order “to just get the job done” I’m still not finished and will 100% be back for some tweaks (getting more daring) and Lloyd is more than happy to oblige. Clear costs right from the start, no hidden charges, he really is a top man who will deliver great results. If your considering SMP give him a call, he is the best, you will not be disappointed!

To start off, I found 3 quotes from 3 different SMP companies and not only did Bronation offer the best value for money but also provided the most upfront, clear and honest information about the entire process and beyond. As with the other 5 star reviews left for Bronation and the owner, Lloyd, I have absolutely zero faults with the service Lloyd provided. Not only was he the cheapest from the other companies that quoted me, he was also filled with a tremendous amount of knowledge which immediately put me at ease. Thanks to Lloyd, he has now boosted my confidence again. Lloyd is an extremely honest person and would only steer you down a path in making you look the best you can look. This shows that Lloyd clearly has his customers at the forefront of his mind when he's explaining why certain things would/wouldn't work. I would highly recommend and have actually recommended Lloyd to numerous friends / colleagues. I'm very open about telling people in regards to undergoing SMP treatment but the reactions always the same, people never realise I've had it done until I mention it which is a massive confidence boost in itself as I opted for the natural look. Since then, I've had numerous compliments and people were quite shocked that treatment such as SMP exists. If you're 50/50 about having SMP treatment, please be assured that you will not regret it.
