Don't waste your time visiting this office. I visited this office multiple times and every time its been closed with the sign saying it is Closed today due to technical reasons". It has had this same sign on the front door for over a week. This is frustrating as the sign is a blatant lie as they are not only closed for today

I telephoned just before the Offices were closing requesting emergency flights due to a family emergency.I was helped from start to finish by Naveed at the Bradford Office. I was required to attend to make payment and despite this being an hour after the Office closed, Naveed stayed back to accommodate the situation/emergency.Everything was sorted by him which given the family emergency was a great help not to mention relief.Well done PIA for delivering such an empathetic and caring service and to Naveed for going that extra mile to help :-)

we booked flights in march 2022 in advance and pia cancelled our flights two weeks before travel. they rebooked for 5th july right before eid. and then after a week they cancelled again without any reason and rebooked the ticket for 18th july after eid. first we booked the ticket for 6 weeks holiday they cancelled and rebooked for 4 weeks and now they cancel/booked for two weeks. they ruined our eid holidays. i visited pia office bradford met with mr asif he said ill ring u in an hour but he never rang me back. second day i reminded him he said give me two hours ill sort it out. but no responce on friday. and now they are closed on weekend. 25th june flights are available but they are not willing to adjust on same price. contacted several time in pakistan head office they said sorry we are facing system error. we will never book the tickets with pia again.

This representative absolutely amazing today. He resolved all our rescheduled flight issues. I am extremely impressed with his professionalism and effort in relieving our stressful situation we were left in. Our tickets were moved from original date for no apparent reason. Within 15 mins he got all 13 passengers booked back onto our original flight and printed all tickets out for us. Amazing service!!! Thank you!!

I visited this office on Thursday to sort out my flight that had been cancelled. The staff at PIA Bradford are very professional, cooperative, and hospitable people. They went out of there way to sort out another date for us. A big thank you to Asif, Naveed and Maryam for all your help.

Very rude an unprofessional, mis leading the coustumor. Not picking the phone up. I have cancelled the tickets with pia and been told you will get your refund in 2 weeks.After 3 weeks no refund received yet and tickets are still not cancelled.Now not answering the phone.I tried to raise this issue with call center. They said contact back with pia Brad Ford.The guy who said tickets are cancelled now not read to talk.Basicly no one is there to help you.

The service provided was really excellent.we visited the office today and were greeted by a young man Asif who was truly amazing .He listen to old mans problem and provided the solution I will always remember him thank you Asif.Pia are really blessed to have someone like you working for them

What can we say, just as we thought our holiday was cancelled, due to being completely let down by an incompetent Travel Agency (S*uth**l Travel) - came an absolutely gem of a guy called Asif in the PIA Bradford office - this geezer bent over backwards to assist us on getting back on track with our holiday when the rubbish agency was a let down.Asif kept us up to track and speed on the progress of reallocating our flights and providing all necessary guidance.Can only offer our deepest gratitude and prayers for this wonder of Customer Service Handler - Asif.Would have given 10* stars if possible, and would always recommend to others should they require proper assistance.

very good staff and very good customer service very good communication. I needed help with my tickets and helped staright away absolute life savers. hundered percent recommend for any issues you may have especially the employees named asif who helped me out massively.
