Really good arcade, which seem to be a dying breed. Lots of different games to play and there's even some games for younger children. The card system they use for tokens is great, feels like you're at a Dave & Buster's

Ok for a short time and young kids. Quite small and quickly overwhelmed. Slightly expensive when looking at the games duration and one can see the easy profit looking business.Staff was friendly and helpful.

Had a great time with my daughter. I love the idea of having the cards and being able to save up tokens/tickets for our next visit. I think the arcade is suitable for all ages and I have enjoyed my time here. The staff were very helpful and kind. It was very busy but they remained calm. The ticket machine didn't put our tickets on the card and a lovely young lady (I think she was foreign) came over and asked if we were OK (my daughter and I assumed the tickets were on the card) the young lady recognised there was a problem before being told, she apologised and explained what happened as she was fixing the ticket machine. I am very pleased with the customer service and will definitely be back on our next visit.

I booked our team night out here in December. Unfortunately due to covid restrictions and our company policy I had to postpone the booking twice. The staff here were amazing every time I called and made it really easy for me to move a large booking. It took the stress out of the situation!We had an amazing time at our delayed party! In both the laser quest and the mini golf! Thank you!

Usually have a good time here but was a bit disappointed today.We won the jackpot on one of their games but it never paid out the tickets. The staff weren't really interested and just refunded our game which to be fair wasn't really good enough. Winning the jackpot is the whole point of playing and if you win it and it just doesn't pay out then there's no point.Would have been happy if the staff had offered even some tickets as a good WILL gesture or some game tokens. Literally anything. Really let down

Couple of issues with arcade machine when last in (The VR one beside Jurassic Park. Had ticket discrepancy too with the bowling machine which was meant to award more tickets than were actually uploaded. Will maybe give it another 6 - 12 months before going back again, going to tenpin arcade to try out next. The unit is part arcade and part laser tag venue with options to have birthday parties. Arcade is cashless as far as I know; you purchase tokens on a card that you swipe to play ams also swipe to store or save tickets to that you can win. To be fair, a good range of old school carnival type games to bowling, shoot em up, bike racing and the traditional hook a prize games. Staff are minimal in numbers. You can validate your parking here so it's free if under 4 hours bit after validating it, make sire u go to a parking machine to validate it there and exit within 15 mins

Brilliant. Went with my nephew and he hit a jackpot within 2 minutes of being there. Got over 2,000 tickets in our first trip and close to getting 10.000 more with the willy Wonka coin pusher cards. Loved it, definitely going to continue going.

I took my family on a day out to fountain park yesterday and the fun station was amazing and lots of fun xx

Overall not bad however draining pocket instantly. £5 will keep your child busy for less than 10 minutes. For that price you probably will find better entertainment around Fountain Park.

Only went in to stay out of the cold until my grandkids Mum picked them up. As we had been bowling and had played machines etc in there.I asked that £10 be shared on 3 cards,1 card with 10 tokens and 2 cards with 15 tokens.The guy put the £10 on 1 card. I pointed out this wasn't what i had asked for.He went to speak to his manager, then came back to tell me he was unable to carry out my request. Basically said the 3 kids would hve to share 1 card. Made no sense to me at all.I asked for my money back and had 3 disappointed kids.Anyone who has kids knows 3 kids of different age groups wldn't want to share a card.
