Super easy to deal with. Emelda is very responsive and the two guys who picked up some furniture were friendly, bubbly and just fantastic. If you look to donate some furniture, don’t look any further. Fantasy bunch and I wish this new company all the best. I definitely will be back if I have more to donate. Thank you.

We used Furniture Reuse to fill our entire rental: mattress, coffee table, wardrobe, mirrors, chairs etc. Emelda was very friendly and helpful, making sure we were well looked after. The items were all well priced and they offered a great delivery option for 35 pounds. The two delivery drivers worked so hard to get our wardrobe up the stairs and even disassembled it. A great place, take a look, and it's for charity!

So happy to find this store. We went in for some chairs but found a great table and chairs that fit our needs perfectly. Reuse is the way to go and this store has some wonderful finds in a variety of styles. Plus they reach reupholstery and other must learn techniques for keeping good quality items in use and out of landfills. Especially live the high energy of the owner and check out her artwork!

Emelda and the drive+pickup crew were some of the kindest staff I've ever met in London. They were very patient even if the property was somewhat inaccessible due to some ongoing construction.

Great place for finding pre-loved furniture in good condition. Absolutely fantastic staff who makes shopping there a really enjoyable experience. I managed to easily find a few things for my flat. Definitely worth checking out.

They were really nice, easy to deal with, and kept us informed how close they were and made for a really smooth process. They wore masks. We found them in the council website. I'd definitely call them again if we ever needed to downsize.
