Albert Road Post Office

Very friendly, good customer service. I have mostly been in because it’s one of the places I can get parking permits for my house and when people to come visit I need them. The lady behind the counter has always been polite and eager to help asking if there’s anything else that sort of thing. Good post office.

Never in all my life seen deception like this before at a post office. I had 8 large letters that i was sending signed for. I Handed one over and the man serving said are they all the same and asked me to hand them all over in one go so he could do them. I repeated second class large letter and that one was over 100grms. He found the heavy one at the start and i repeated again second class signed for large letter for all off them. He them placed postage on all making sure to put them in the second class bag so i didn't notice at the time he was doing them first class. As they are all in a second class sack they will now be done by royal mail after they have done all the first class. So i wanted a second class service, got a second class service but charged first class service. Disgusted

The two ladies who work here are always helpful and friendly, but the man is incredibly rude and blunt. Reading the other reviews, it seems like I'm not the only one who has dealt with his unpleasantness on multiple occasions.

Use the post office a few times a week. The Ladies behind the desk and fantastic and lovely. Really easy to deal with. Always give great advice on how to post. Couldn’t recommend enough.
