Chiltern Young Riders Motocross Track

Great first lesson with Simon who is a very patient and clear instructor. he very kindly let me ride and learn for a lot longer than I had booked and paid for so I could get the basics. Thank you for a great experience, I’m very excited to learn more.

Hi SimonWe would like to thank Ben and yourself for making our Daughter's first lesson today such a success. You both put her at ease and Ben's care and tuition was spot on, building her confidence beautifully. We were really impressed that the lesson plunged straight in at the deep end, getting her actually riding so soon rather than classroom lectures or videos....I particularly noticed that Ben had a lovely positive nature. He taught her to a high standard but without any negativity. Even when she fell off he put a positive spin on it (saying that's great she'd got that out of the way, see, nothing to be scared of!). Thanks for all your help.

From zero riding experience to solo riding in 1 session. Simon's temperment and teaching technique are perfect for getting kids started and my Son really loved it. Can't wait to see the progress at the end of the course. Highly recommended.

My Grandson thoroughly enjoyed himself for a first timer. Would highly recommended. Gave us some great tips to strengthen his upper body ready for the next time.

After managing well on two previous courses, we were told my son would need 1:1 because of his additional needs (much, much more expensive). I would have understood if there had been any difficulty at all, but previously no difficulties during the lessons. When I raised this, Simon was really quite rude and unpleasant. We thought we had found an exciting new hobby for autistic son, but no, we just acquired expensive new kit which is still sitting there unused. Blatant discrimination.

Took a young friend for his last training lesson of the season. Facilities were as I expected for the riders, plenty of bikes in working order for all ages. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and put even the youngest kids at ease. The tracks were great and as it was raining and very cold there was plenty of mud. We went inside to watch from the balcony which was warmer as the glass door was locked. Toilets were pleasant and stocked also. Our friend had a blast and came home cold, muddy but with the biggest smile on his face and he was chatting about it all morning enthusiastically.

Excellent time spent at CYR, two nervous 10yr olds at the start but tuition was so positive, engaging & instructional they relaxed & progressed in no time and loved every minute.

Rude obnoxious owner, clearly has a chip on his shoulder about something. Simon is a horrible little man.
