The receptionist is lovely. The tester was rude and obnoxious. Loud talking from the adjacent room invalidated the test as I couldn't hear anything other than the talking.

First appointment cancelled because of illness (understandable but frustrating) second appointment cancelled because they had left the equipment at home!! Incompetent in my book. Furious as still struggling and have waited many weeks for treatment. Will not be using again!
