Cardfactory

There's a couple of members of staff who have been at this store for years and I've always wondered how they got a job working with customers. Since they're so despicably rude. One of them is worse than the other. I've actually got to the point of being so fed up with this particular woman's behaviour when I've seen her working I've walked back out as I'd rather go shop elsewhere than deal with her nasty attitude

Good selection of cards and wrapping paper. They sell balloons too which are inflated while you wait. Reasonable prices too.

I just love going to card factory as it has the best card designs. They just have so much options! Same with party favors especially the balloons and also they have this really cute calendars.Staff were nice, I remember my partner going in this store like 15 minutes before closing and wanting to buy a balloon. He was told off to come earlier next time which is understandable as it takes time to prepare them but still they accomodated him. Just look at the balloon photo, its so cute!

They sell cards and stuff there (they don't sell factories though so the name is kinda deceptive). It's mad they have certi cards here but it's not even a factory so they need to pipe down.One time I got cards from here for a surprise party for my family nd I had to hide it whilst sitting next to them. Card factory could have backed it by disguising it with a primark bag or sumn but it's minor I guess. Recommended.

the staff was absolutely lovely and very helpful.Unfortunately, in the space of 24 hours the place s management decided to take off the shelfs what I specifically needed for a birthday. All of it in preparation for Christmas...

Good prices but let down by terrible customer service! Today is the Friday before mothers' day, so it was busy. I bought my items and was quickly putting them in the top of my trolley (I was aware of the queue so I going very quickly) when the cashier tells me to keep moving forward and starts serving the customer behind me, who pushes from the back, she can't immediately reach the lady on the til so then comes round the front of me reaching over me! All in the space of just 3-4 seconds. I can't blame the other customer because she was doing what the lady on the till was asking her to do and was probably flustered by her. But it was horrible and made me feel like cattle. It's not like I was taking my time, quite the opposite! I just needed literally one or two more seconds to move myself away and the cashier couldn't wait?! Hate to think of how they treat people with mobility problems. I have been served by this lady before and she was rude then too.

Visited this shop today in woolwich about 30 min before closing. I don't normally leave reviews but both staff (ladies) in the shop were so lovely, polite,friendly and helpful with welcoming smiles and had a little joke with me and my husband. Shop extremely good value for money, but those 2 ladies definitely need a raise as great customer service.
