I had Wyn do a wiring job for me on several occasions, very prompt and courteous, work was exceptional and very tidy. He will be my regular stop for a sparky from now on and who I will recommend to my own customers.

I had lots of little jobs that needed doing. Wyn did them all for me. Knowledgeable, polite, punctual, trustworthy and tidy. Everything you want in a tradesman! I recommend him to my friends and family.

Booked Wyn for rewire on bungalow and paid £1000 deposit.Night before he should have come at 9 30pm he told us he wasn't coming by text.After many emails did get deposit back.

Wyn has re-wired our entire extension as well as smaller jobs around the home like outside lights and sockets. Great service every time!

Have been very happy with service previously. Now ignoring requests to discuss a dispute and no sign of electrical certificates. Extremely disappointed this time. You took your eye off the ball on this one Wyn and let me down and now ignoring my emails and texts after all the work you've done for me in the past it's a shame.Thanks for reply but actually no... Not getting into that .. we agreed to leave that. However my communication to you that you are ignoring is about other things that were included in the original quote that you failed to do .. happy to leave details on here if this is the only way I can get your attention. However all I want from you are the certificates for the work you did complete and that I was happy with and for which I have paid you in full and which you are legally obliged to provide. But you don't want to seem to engage but instead use the withholding of certificates as some kind of threat over a dispute over £200 when I've already paid you over £2500. My mistake was trusting you as a friend and not holding back a retention. My next communication will be with your professional body unless I receive them within 7 days. Wish you well too Wyn but you messed up this time and it could have been resolved amicably if you had had the decency to reply to my communications.
