Overall great customer service. I called and emailed pss numerous times to ask questions, always someone cheerful answering my many questions. Emails also answered promptly. My boxes arrived within a week of being picked up. A couple of boxes a bit bashed in, fortunately no damage. I would recommend this company. Price was good too.

Great service so far. Being in another country and having your stuff moved from a storage facility when you are not present and are on a different time zone is very stressful. However, PSS International have made this a pain-free experience thus far. Collection of items went very smoothly. Good communication from the UK staff.

I was recommended to use PSS and what a great recommendation. Everything was arranged and on the day of collection, the packers arrived on time and keen to get to work. All my items were then carefully but speedily wrapped and protected and soon everything was ready to go. Each package was labelled with its own identification code and then all carefully packed into the truck. It was a great packing service, and then the team at the office have also been very helpful and efficient. Now we can look forward to our belongings arriving on the other side of the world, knowing that for their journey, they are in safe hands. Thank you PSS - great quality of service.

The team at PSS was incredibly responsive and very patient with my questions. They provided great guidance and picked up the parcels as promised. Terrible shipping company, avoid at all costs. I was shipping belongings from the UK to Australia, and they were initially very helpful. However, once paid and shipped, problems started appearing.When the goods arrived in Australia, I was contacted by a third party, Kent, who apparently manage all the customs and delivery in Australia. I was not made aware that there was another company involved, and that I would have to deal with them directly, rather than with PSS, for the delivery. Then, this company asked me for more money (in the hundreds of pounds) for customs clearance, and I was surprised since I was not made explicitly aware that the final price paid to PSS was not the 'final' price (it was in the fine print, of course). I tried to contact PSS to ask if the charge was legitimate but this was just before Christmas and apparently the entirety of PSS are off for the entire Christmas period (until after NYE) with no emergency support, so I was left to deal with this unexpected third party by myself.When my boxes arrived, they were completely and utterly battered to hell (photos below). One of the framed pictures that I shipped, clearly marked 'fragile', was completely ruined. Kent blamed PSS, and so I emailed PSS for an explanation, but as of today (3 days later), they have completely ignored my email. Curiously, they were VERY responsive before I'd paid for anything.Avoid this company unless you want all of your shipping ruined, and zero support once it's been shipped.

We're moving to NZ and using PSS to relocate our belongings. We got a good price and excellent service for a sole 20ft container and insurance. Customer serivce team have so far been great and the packers were efficient and welcoming. Let's hope it gets to NZ.

I am extremely happy with the service provided by PSS in our move from the UK to Australia. They have worked hard to make the service as affordable as possible, and they have been so helpful and flexible with things like adding extra items. They are really helpful on the phone and quick to respond to emails. I highly recommend them!

PSS / Palmers will make sure your cocktail umbrellas arrive safely, delicately wrapping them in sheets and sheets of paper. However your large items will barely be cared for. Every one of my large items was barely wrapped in protective packing and all arrived broken beyond repair - cracked tables, shattered status, broken mirrors and chipped bed frame components. What a waste!Delivery guys at the other end did a dump and run, leaving me out of pocket to have to have things unpacked and assembled by an alternative service. No apology, no compensation.No empathy from customer service or care for the goods that matter. You've been warned. Good luck!Thanks for nothing Palmers.

Amazing experience from start to finish from everyone at PSS. The guys who came to pick up our stuff were brilliant and made sure that everything was packed securely without taking up any unnecessary space from our volume limit.

So far so good. Locating from Scotland to South Africa. PSS were by far the most professional and competitive in getting our business. We got a good price for a door-to-door service with a sole use 20ft container and insurance. Customer service team have so far been great and their partner Purdie removals up in Glasgow were friendly, professional and efficient. Communication from our moving manager at PSS thus far has been good and our freight is on its way. Hopefully this positive experience will last until our freight is delivered.
