This was our first boiler service by Luke . he kept us updated on the time he was arriving , is very polite and professional let us know exactly what he had done and what faults he found . there was a fault with our boiler . he suggested that we contact our boiler makers to check part availability , and also might be covered under our warranty . the next day i contacted boiler maker . they agreed that the part & fitting was under warranty . they are coming tomorrow to repair boiler free off charge . we would like to thank Luke for his honestly , and his advise . he saved us paying a large bill . we would not have any hesitation in recommending Luke . its nice to deal with hardworking honest people .

First boiler service in my new house. Luke was super helpful in explaining how the system works and describing some checks we can make to diagnose an intermittent issue with the heating (rather than just replacing parts). Would recommend.

It's clear to see Luke is very thorough and professional with his job, which to be honest, during these times, is not just refreshing, but great! This gives me (and hopefully you dear reader) faith the task in hand is going to be completed to a high and competent standard and your home's heating system is going to benefit from his visit. Luke arrived on time and provided effective communication on the day with an ETA. After opening the boiler to initially install a web device, there was an instant assessment on the boiler's hardware status, revealing it's long neglected history. Key advice was given on what's required to restore the boiler to preserve it's lifespan along with costs. I'll certainly be calling Luke again to keep the boiler alive! Thanks Luke!

We employed Luke to change four radiators and to service our boiler. Noticeable immediately was his attention to detail and his tidy, methodical work ethic. We asked and took his advice on a number of issues and were very pleased we did. When servicing the boiler, he found a number of errors not seen by previous plumbers. Under certain circumstances, one error even caused a short circuit. Luke was quick to find the mistake and correct it.We cannot recommend Luke highly enough, and will certainly be engaging his services in the future.
