Have just had our roof repaired and retiled by Webster RoofCare. Dave Webster's communication with us throughout was excellent and his team were professional, courteous and efficient. The quote provided was competitive and the project was well managed, ensuring that we stayed dry during some very stormy weather conditions. We are very pleased with the job. Only a small repair job at my parents place but Webster Roofcare treated it just as importantly. Quick to visit and quote, (even over xmas period!),then quick to organise and complete job. Very happy with the work.

Really pleased with the excellent service we have received. I believe the price was fair for the work required. Would highly recommend this company to anyone! Also the scaffolding company you use is amazing, u was slightly expecting to have the scaffolding up for a couple of days afterwards but they returned on a Saturday even in the snow!!!!! Had my roof done, they done an ok job. Once they left the job they didn’t come back as promised. Never received the extra insurance on the tiles. After a while they stopped answering the text. So think twice before you use this company.

- They don't complete your work - make you run around them- Take your money and give you false dates and don't turn up or answer calls- said they will send a guarantee note but also lied about that - also never finished the work confirmed.- only if there was an option to give 0 star reviews. Disgraceful behaviour in the response section as shown below. They registered their company multiple times on google purely because of the truthful reviews people have left.

We were looking for a new warm flat roof, no small roof 83ms. We had a number of roofers in and Dave from Webster Roofcare ltd was able to provide the best for us. He was not the cheapest but was quick to provide information and work out what we needed in detail. When the team turned up on site they were great! They worked all day we had to make them take a break. All I can say is what a great team they work so well together a deliver on a quality result and always consider the customer. Thank you guys great job.....

Can't recommend this company enough! Very responsive to emails and questions that I had before installation and very sufficient. After installing my Farthers flat roof just 1 week ago they have again done a fantastic job on ours after being let down by other company's!!Dave and Sammy keep up the good work lads!!!

Cannot recommend this company enough. My elderly mother needed her roof totally replaced using the existing slate as her home is a listed building. Dave gave me full details of the works so I could easily get the consent from the Council and worked with me to make sure the roof was done to their requirements. Dave and his team were a delight to work with and looked after my mum so well, putting her at ease with them being there and also helping out with connecting her internet (not exactly part of the job but very much appreciated). Their work was completed to an exceptionally high standard and they had patience in explaining every stage of the job including sending to me by email before, during and after pictures. They cleaned the whole site so that you were never know they had been – except for the amazing new roof of course! So fair price which they kept to, punctual, polite, friendly, went of their way to help. Cannot say enough good things – Thank you Dave and crew.
