I love my new MINI. Great help from Nathan who kept me up to date with my order and showed me how to work everything on the car when I collected it. Brought my JCW down to have the front near side wheel refurbished.Someone was sent outside to take photos for these to be sent off and was told they would be in touch shortly with a quote for the job. I was told the job would be done off site in Southampton. Waited two days but heard nothing. Rang and spoke to the service dept who promised a call back. Heard nothing. Sent an email the next day, have still heard nothing. Called Mini Partridge in Chandlers Ford, who not only quoted for the job over the phone, booked it in within a fortnight, but dealt with it flawlessly start to finish. I even collected the car the very same day!

My Girlfriend bought a MINI COOPER S Sport from Portsmouth MINI and both Harley (sold us the car) and Nathan( handed the car over) were exceptional. Both salesman were a credit to the team. Kind, understanding and thoughtful throughout the sales process. Working in the trade as a salesman myself this is something that doesn't come often but the level of service received was outstanding. I highly recommend both these guys if you are looking for a new or used Mini.

Unexpectedly great service from the start of my visit! Lucy helped me with the checking in my car. I had some reservations over using a main dealer but Lucy put my mind at rest. I left the dealership in my hire car and within an hour and half I was sent a link with the technicians video. He was showing me the underside of my car and explaining everything bit by bit. This was extremely impressive. Lucy even phoned me to tell me that I actually didn’t need a brake fluid change as it had already been done. Overall I had an excellent experience using Snows Mini Portsmouth and I would happily recommend them!
