Great idea. Clean machines. Only annoyance is that on occasion I have arrived and the washing machine has been in use and no one has returned to empty the machine. Last time I put their quilt into the empty dryer washed my clothes and the owner had still not returned by the time I left. Please be considerate to other users.

Absolutely diabolical.I washed two single mattress toppers, cost £20. They were not clean and so soaking I couldn't even lift them out of the washing machine. Scandalous.

Washing machine worked perfect but unfortunately the dryer is really poor on the hottest settings it was only Luke warm in the end gave up trying to dry it after spending the best part of £15 doing my washing.

Would give zero stars if I could. I ignored the bad reviews because I needed an oversized washing machine to wash a small (but still to big for our 7kg machine at home) dog bed.Cost for a wash has gone up considerably at this site - now £11 for the 18kg wash, £2 extra for softener which is outrageous. I took out the bed and it was still dirty and even dry in some areas. It seems the machine doesn’t dispense enough water to wash anything effectively. The machine was not overfilled, and it was the only item I put in. Complete waste of money.Drying even more costly. I can’t vouch for whether the dryer was in working order as I refused to pay.

Time wasting, money wasting machines. Under a star. Waiting for an hour to get my things washed, no activity inside except for the water that flows. Second try another 42 minutes. Quit and go to another self service. I don’t have enough words to describe the feeling. No contact number screened. RUBBISH RUBBISH

Website says 24 hours but it is not. Arrived at 10pm put my money in and it didn't work. Searched for more instructions to find the operating hours written above the machines with my phone torch because there is no lighting on, to find that it closes at 9:30pm. Lost £5 in the machine. It should NOT accept money if it is not operating. Very annoyed.

Expensive and broken. £12 to dry clothes - which didn’t even get warmed let alone dried. Phone number cuts off and email just automated back saying they’re too busy to respond. Zero stars!

Everything is out of order, this is the second revolution laundry site I drove to that evening to find it also broken. I called the helpline that said they’re shut despite being open 24/7 apparently. Won’t be wasting my time with again..

The only annoying thing was the dryer door wouldn't stay open so had to stand against it whilst loading. Otherwise no problems.
