Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Lincoln South

Thank you James!He went above and beyond to help us in a difficult situation on last Sunday! He was very informative and knowledgeable. The whole process went very smoothly and he made us feel welcomed. This experience made us want to use this company everytime we need. James is an asset to the company.

Hired a van from them for the weekend. Staff very courteous and polite.No issues with the hire at all.There is no parking onsite available however there is a side street across the road where I left mine along with other cars over the weekend.I did a small video of the vehicle to record damage for my own satisfaction even though the staff mark down the damage infront of you on their tablet. More for my peace of mind than anything.

Don't use this company, they don't supply when pre booked and paid, AND let you down with no back up vehicle/s. I was MOVING house, due to collect pre-booked vehicle, had a team at home waiting to load, got a call one hour before the collection of the pre-booked and paid vehicle, told no vehicle for me and didn't have a alternative the same size or didn't even offer multiple vehicles to match size of vehicle , was told on the phone don't come here there is no vehicle for you.... ( I did go and correct no pre booked vehicle was there !) The company haven't contacted me to apologize for to see if I managed to get a vehicle since, or did I break the house moving chain. This company left me in a major hole which became multiple other people's problem ... I had call multiple companies to try and get a vehicle at an hours notice and ended up traveling up to 50 miles away to collect 4 smaller vehicles all from different locations on the Thursday evening and Friday morning, I held the chain move up by 4 hours which our buyers were waiting outside the house in their rental vehicle which they got from another company who didn't let them down who even offered to help move stuff for us!!!!. This is all down to this company not supplying a prebooked and paid for vehicle, and letting me know one hour before collection. Untrustworthy, poor level of customer service skills, increased stress levels unnecessary, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY specially if you are moving house!!Can't reply to your response below, you made no attempts to contact me since the bombshell you dropped on me and others in the moving chain. I need other people to be aware not to trust your services as you will let them down let me.

Booked a Corsa for pick-up from Lincoln South and drop-off at another Enterprise outlet in the Midlands. The car assigned for me had some scratches in the rear bumper, which were documented already, yet the staff provided me a Clio instead so that I don't face any issues during the drop-off. Courteous staff, quick paperwork and top service!

Booked a car online last night to be told this morning over the phone that they have no cars and cannot supply 1 until 2pm tomorrow.Very poor and will never use again

Very friendly helpful staff. Had booked to rent one car, but as they required this for another customer with only an automatic license, they upgrade me to larger car at no extra cost. Can not grumble at that. Easy to navigate website and to use to rent a car or van if required. Very pleased with the customer service I received.

Absolutely amazing really pulled out all the stops I especially want to thank Patrick who made the experience amazing honestly some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Swapped cars for me when I was in the hospital. Honestly enterprise have been amazing and Patrick and the team have been the best cheerleaders during this time.

An insignia or equivalent to be delivered by 10am. Actually ended up with a corsa by 1120, which I picked up having to get a taxi.It was booked Friday afternoon and I did miss a call Friday afternoon(on one of the contact numbers I supplied) , that I hadn't seen until I called at 1005 to ask where the car was. I was told that they couldn't deliver, so it had been booked as a walk in collection, I was given the name of a local taxi company, but at no point did they mention the car would be considerably smaller than the car I requested. If I had been told this before getting a taxi across Lincoln I would of cancelled.Staff were polite.If an email can be sent confirming my booking with the details of everything I wanted, why cant one be sent with changes?Why was my other contact number not tried?Could a sms be sent?

Good to know ,what we have this company , Lincoln branch was very friendly ,i feel some kind , staff amazing
