Quick enough with the food pity they weren't cleaning up the place food and rubbish on the floor I know it was busy but that's not an excuse.

If I could leave no stars I would. Manager sakib would not cater to my dietary request. I wanted a burger but without the patty as I am vegetarian and he refused and ignored my request. I have always had this as my order and he was very unhelpful. I’m very upset and disappointed in his customer service skills.

Cardiff Queen Street. Wednesday in school holiday. Really busy but it was easy to order table service on screen downstairs or upstairs and take a number to a table when it became vacant.It was also great to be able to remove items from your burger. It was easy to remove the bun and the pickle which was served as ordered.

The food isn’t great but i can’t and can expect good and bad. The food looks horrible and miserable looks like it was all rushed. But it is a fast food i did think of that but the thing is mcdonald’s is a multi billion company and other fast foods have foods that look much better. The times i come here are with friends when we’re out it’s cause it’s in slot of area like cross hands this one. The service isn’t great some of the staff are rude kicking you out for no reason. I put my head down after the worker cleaned the table cause i was tired and the second i do she says “if you do it again you’re out” i was confused cause i did nothing worst thing yet she didn’t apologise.
