We couldn’t be happier with any part of the service we’ve received from Hannah and Jason.We can’t recommend this company enough and we’re so happy we chose them in the first place to supply our new motorhome.

Don't be put off suing this company, use the Money Claims On Line Service! Easy and relatively cheap! Although you have to pay upfront, they add their costs to the claim.I would advise anybody who is thinking of buying a van from this company to have it independently checked before parting with any money and get a full description in writing, especially with an older van. I didn't, big mistake, equipment faulty or completely missing, missing service history and habitation checks the van had not even been valeted (photo evidence as proof). First night in the van water poured in around the closed roof vent above the bed. Returned the van in March as not fit for purpose. Tom, the sales director, is either not familiar with the consumer law or was being deliberately ignorant and tried insisting I comply with his demands, even though I could not legally oblige him. I ended up suing Lowe and Rhodes for my £37,590.00 with additional costs such as interest and court fee's, it ended up costing them an additional £4,950.75 and a judgement remains on their record. They paid last week, shame really, I was looking forward to sending in the bailiffs!

We were looked after really well after looking around the used caravans, we were happy with our salesperson and the deal that we had.

In contrast to the buyer who purchased a Motorhome without even seeing it (why would you do that) and then sued the company as if it was their fault he made a poor call. We bought a used Motorhome recently, took the trouble to have a visit in order to satisfy ourselves that it was as described (and it was) and then compared prices of similar vehicles elsewhere before leaving a fully refundable £100 deposit. The sale went through smoothly and like all vehicles a few years old there were a few minor defects which were completely rectified by the date of collection. The chap I dealt with was Jason and he couldn’t have been more helpful and honest. I’d agree that the valeting wasn’t 100% but I’m sure if I’d have complained it would have been done for us. Would I but another Motorhome from Lowe and Rhodes, absolutely, it would be my first port of call. Thanks again Jason.

I dont usually leave reviews but felt this is more than deserved !! From start to finish we had a positive experience !!! We were very uncertain buying a motorhome but all the staff were amazing and friendly. They were all informative and helped us choose the motorhome for our family needs. Jason , Trevor , Dale and the lovely office staff are brill at what they do. They all put us at ease and were so glad we bought from a well established business. We are very happy and would highly recommend Lowe and Rhodes. Nothing was too much hassle. If your uncertain - please dont be. Buy a motorhome and start making memories !!!!!

Such a lovely dealership with wonderful customer service. No messing about, and lots of motorhomes to choose from! They helped work within my budget to get me the motorhome of my dreams (Swift Escape). 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

What can i say. Outstanding service from start to finish. Trevor, Hannah and Jason are a credit to this company. Easy to view, buy and collect. Everything done and more. Would highly recommend. Even recieved a bottle of bubbly too. Superstars!!!!

Good place to get your caravan serviced and all caravan repairs.Picked up my caravan this morning 14/12/23 after having some warranty work done, fantastic service and a great job was done. Have a great xmas to everyone at Lowe & Rhodes.

I love my new Motorhome and will definitely recommend Lowe & Rhodes to my friends and family. I first met Hannah who was very welcoming and made me feel at ease, she helped me make the right decision on which motorhome to purchase. We had a handover with Trevor who showed us exactly how to use the motorhome and now we're so excited to get out and start our new adventures!
