Had a delivery for 2 big breakfasts.... OMG absolutely amazing.. All items were hot and the quality was top notch.. Very good price too.. Will definitely order again and recommend.

The most miserable unkempt staff I've ever encountered, no please or thank you despite us being polite to them. Everything was obviously an effort for them. Wish we'd sat down first before ordering food so we could have witnessed the dirty tables with food remnants underneath. Not good value for money as bacon was cold and fatty, coffee was cold and all day breakfast was small. Staff were so sullen and unapproachable, we didn't say anything and just agreed never to go back. Far better surroundings, atmosphere, staffing and quality of food in many other places along the seafront for the same price or less. Thought we'd try it for a change and regret it. Cringed watching the girl with the pony tail combing her hair through with her fingers then pulling 2 slices of bread out of the bag. Was an older lady called Sarah in charge and a girl with long grown out bleached hair in a pony tail behind the counter who both need to go on a Food and Hygiene course asap. Young lad waiting tables could do with showing a bit of enthusiasm too.To get to the dirty toilets you have to go through a kitchen area, how is that hygienic? Just to clarify we didn't use the toilet, just walked straight back out even though we were desperate.

Omg what a reasonable, friendly, caring cafe this was. We ate here whilst staying near this cafe (The Dolphin Hotel) and all in all what a fantastic service.The staff especially the two main women at front were fantastic, friendly and extremely caring. The cafe experience felt like you was visiting a friend's/family home. Thank you for making our experience an awesome one.

Went for breakfast here with my husband. We ordered two breakfasts which came to £26 I thought it was quite pricey but placed the order anyway. We had a long wait for our breakfasts and sat listening to the staff complaining about how busy it was and that they didn’t want to wash up. When we finally got our breakfasts the portion sizes was tiny, the sausages was undercooked and the entire breakfast tasted awful. We had almost finished our meals before they bothered to bring our toast over. In fact the only nice thing was the cup of tea. The cutlery that we had to get for ourselves was not clean either and even the condiments tasted vile. Not worth the money will most definitely not visit here again. Worst cafe I have ever visited in my life.

Poor customer service, they forget hot drink ,, forgot toast, had to goIn & ask 3 times for each . Not a relaxing breakfast. Toast was stone cold , tea undrinkable , really cheap & nasty red/brown sauce ,adequate foodBut lovely sausages .
