We’ve used 365 Emergency Plumbing twice now and both times we’ve been really impressed with their service. They’ve been able to get to us within an hour, quickly resolving and repairing the issues, with a clean and flawless finish. Really friendly and professional team, would highly recommend!

I rang on a Saturday as water was dripping into a downstairs flat. The phone was answered straight away and 2 hours later there were 2 people to find the leak. After a visit to a plumbing supplier, the problem was fixed and all has been well since. I was very grateful and most impressed with the service. Highly recommended. Many thanks.

Phoned the company late Friday night as had a leak coming through the ceiling, even though it was late they came out within half an hour and sorted the problem within the first hour. The price was less than I was expecting especially for such a late call out. Will definitely be using them again in the future!

Chap came to do the job ,had no ladders with him altho I did say ladders were needed he rearranged for Tuesday but didn't turn up , I rang a few times with no answer. He really let me down . Could of just sent a text but nothing . Personally wouldn't use them again .

At 4am one night my toilet's macerator started up and wouldn't shutoff. I called in the morning (after some fun with the electrics) and explained the situation, they couldn't come the same day due to it being a bank holiday but would have if their suppliers weren't shut.Luckily they came the next day and fixed it in 3 hours. Cost a lot but most was for the new quieter unit. Good fast work, I'd recommend for anyone in a bind or just looking for good work from honest people.

Arthur and Rob came round at short notice one Saturday and spent hours sorting out a leak in my pipes. They then returned and patched everything up. Throughout, they were friendly, efficient and dedicated. They were also very good value for money. I would strongly recommend them.

Arthur and Rob replaced a broken waste pipe from my shower at super short notice. A tricky job which they completed to a high standard and at a very reasonable price at 7pm on a Friday night. Friendly, professional and efficient. Highly recommended!
