I visited the Harborne store just before closing today and was rudely informed that the shop was closed ! Despite it being 6 minutes before closing time. I was informed that I couldn’t be served because the staff member was on her own !!!! Hence, I will be making a complaint and won’t be visiting again !!

Good value for money. Has some great quality products but the only thing I sometimes don't like is that lack of consistency of the products they have. You can't argue for the price though.
