Actually managed to get on the number 17 bus today after failures on previous occasions. Bus arrived and left 6 minutes EARLIER than advertised, or maybe it was nearly an hour late as I had been waiting for 50 mins. It went through further stops early as well so perhaps the timetable needs updating? Not sure why it wouldn't wait to leave at the specified time...Arrived 6 mins early and in one piece.

i asked the driver for a return ticket and instead he gave me a single, few stops later i said to the driver i asked for a return ticket not a single. he replied with “no you asked for a single, it’s too late” and won’t give me a return ticket. towards the end of my journey he was being blatantly rude towards me. i would never use this overpriced buS line again. My son wishes to go from Aylesbury to Halton, try finding a fare? Loads of zones, but what is in them. App is slow . Phone cuts you off. I can understand why there are so many 1 star reviews.

Was waiting at Town Hall stop X at watford centre, for a 325 bus at 2:15 pm, flagged down the driver who proceeded to stare at me like an idiot, then flail his hands around in frustration, stop the bus in the middle of the road no where near me to open the door for exactly 2 seconds then sped off. The guy should be sacked, INCREDIBLY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND DANGEROUS DRIVING ! Thank god I travel Tfl most of the time as I cannot stand traveling on these busses.

Disgusting service provider! If you are unable to provide a reliable service don't provide one at all! Waited 80 minutes for a bus from Fairford Ley's to Aylesbury bus station and this isn't the first time its happened! Just NOT acceptable.

25 bus at13:09 from Camp road on Saturday 27th May was severely late, it turned up at 13:47 and once it did it refused to stop, so left me waiting another hour. I’ve taken pictures and will be submitting claim for my time and company’s unprofessionalism.

Horrible service and busses, the 100 drivers are always so rude and drive very dangerously. Yesterday he left a school kid stranded after letting his two friends on and then driving off with the doors still open and the kids still stood up. Also nearly drove straight into a roundabout and nearly sped past my stop. Always a horrible experience

Waited 3.5 hours in the freezing cold with my 4 year old bus finally came and wanted to charge more than double the arriva price and double what all drivers on the w1 route charge. Driver was rude and call police to have me removed.Worst service ever always late or canceled. Do not use unless you really have to

We acknowledge that Mk to Aylesbury is faster with Redrose but very horrible drivers without empathy. The bus just stopped at Aylebury street while I’m here in the cold waiting for bus. Same thing happened yesterday and other times at MK central

Extremely late and unreliable buses. I nearly had to wait 1 hour for the bus from Aylesbury to Bicester. I urge the managers to please consider increasing the quality and frequency of bus services.
