My partner bought me a bouquet for Valentines and it was one of the most beautiful bunch of flowers I’ve ever received. They lasted well at home and he also said the lady was lovely. We will use this florist again.

After ordering a bouquet for a colleague’s work anniversary, I realised the next day I had the date incorrect. I called Janet Pattison at 9:00 and they were so lovely. They arranged to change the delivery to the same day, as I was lucky to have caught them at the right time.Really appreciate the service ♥️

I ordered flowers for my sister at 9.00am and the amazing assistant said that the delivery driver would deliver before 12 if possible and he did!! The flowers were absolutely stunning. The pictures do not do them justice everyone was so helpful Thank You so much!!!

I love coming here for plants. They always have lovely flowers for both indoors and out. Never had a problem with the plants I have bought from them. The flowers and garden decorations are reasonably priced. The people who work there are friendly and helpful too :)

Been in this shop a few times, not the biggest choice of flowers but seller-florists are good and polite, always can help you if you need. Nice flowers and plants by pretty good price.

I live in Scotland but I come from Hull. I needed a wreath 2years ago when my sister died and my pal in Hull gave me the number for Janet Patterson flower shop i called them and was not disappointed with the wreath. I have just used them again to send flowers to my sister and she was highly delighted. Will definitely use them again. Such care. Thank you

I ordered a bouquet of Mother's Day flowers for collection from the shop and they were delivered to our home address four days early. Initially, I was very upset and confused but I emailed Shirley and she very kindly went above and beyond to rectify it for me. Fantastic customer service and lovely presentation. Highly recommend.
