Bought a shoei helmet but didn't quite fit once got home. I took it back a couple of days later and they had no problem sizing it up for me to another helmet. Great service! That's why u buy local and not online! Cheers again!

This shop has been around for 20 odd years with the same family. No pressure sales . The guy spent time to go through and understand what I needed and new trends after selling all my bike gear and bike.They have good deals on designer bike wear / accessories.Definitely do their job customer care at it’s best

Customer service in this store is a joke. I bought a helmet on their website last week. So far, I have not received any e-mail confirmation, no message about the purchase confirmation. They do not answer the phone, on FB they reply perfunctorily and very rarely. Finally, I found out that they don't have the helmet I bought and will refund my money. I ask if we can exchange for a helmet in a different painting and they do not write me back. I hope this review will motivate them to treat the customer better.

Only bought boots from here but staff were really friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly - happy to help!Looks like a pretty comprehensive selection too, loads of options in each category.
