Simple thing ... no word needed...change tyres ,balance and aligment.first time security key snaped,second time ,don't balance tyres properly,same as aligmen, third time was okay. just few days after , I had abroad flight. back to UK after few days ,one of the tyre almost flat. air leaking ,filled up again, and still keep loosing air. Highly not recomend them. avoid them.

Amazing staff, called in as anxious about my exhaust, felt it was noisy, mechanic took it for a drive, then put it on the ramp to check everything, no fault identified which put my mind at ease, as I had to drive up to Newcastle upon Tyne. Thank you for your help and reassurance .

Actually went in for air con re gas but after re charge there was a problem with system .....they re drained system and recommended a local garage to sort and did not charge me for their time and labour which I was very thankful for ......the overall service was excellent

Great customer service, very polite person at the counter. Even my appointment was not today (misread the date), they have changed the gas in my air conditioning. They also checked my tyres which they said it’s a legal requirement. Overall very satisfied. Highly recommended.
