High quality very good customer service

Didn't even last a day after setting up. Cover didn't stay on the frame work. Would never recommend or buy another one.

Updated due to a issue.Had The gazebo now for 8 months. The roof has now started to degrade fall apart. It's now got pin holes all over it. Messaged you to get replacement. You recommended the wrong one which is even cheaper. Rubbish material wafer thinOverall the actual gazebo 28kg one I have is very good for the price. But it could be made abit better. Material on the corners is starting to wear away. I've had fastners come lose. The sides I wouldn't bother with. I bought them but they are a waste of money. You have to tie them on & must put on all 3 sides. No velcro or zips. Which would of been soo much better. Plus would of been better I'd each side was individual. Plus zip them together.For sides also. You must have the gazebo on it lowest setting. So if your 6ft+ your gonna smack your head.

Haven’t had any bad experiences with it .It’s very easy to setup and great price.i recommend The 18kg as it’s very sturdy and has a cover that’s waterproof. Great service as well
