Absolutely disgusted at the Nottingham store. We were given a £10 discount voucher when we went and looked around the school. This was printed valid until 3rd August. We were on holiday at the time so could not go in before this date. They were helpful but refused to allow the offers. I spoke to a supervisor, Mandy who was very rude. Will be going to the other store from now on.

Went in was greeted by the most grumpiest sales assistant ever everything seemed to be too much trouble. The only schoolwear shop I know that doesn't offer a measuring service was told marks and Spencer do that oh hang on a minute then I'll drive 2 miles park up then drive 2 miles back shall I what an absolute joke. I certainly hope the Emmanuel school find a different supplier next year. Complained to the school about this and they said they will add it to the long list of complaints they've had about your staff and shop.

Placed an order for 4 blouses and a pair of football socks on Tuesday 25th August.Finally recieved 2 blouses on Friday 11th September. Recieved the football socks on Monday 14th September.On Monday 14th September I contacted school solutions as one of the blouses had a stain on, then got asked if I could wash this out, I asked if I did try to wash it would they still accept it back if the stain could not be removed? Which I then got told to send the blouse back and I would receive half of my money back. I asked if it was free returns. No.Then I asked how long would it be until I received the other 2 blouses. To which I got told they are not in stock and they could not tell me when they would be in stock or when I should be expecting them.I am not one to complain ever but I have had no confirmation that my order has been delayed, I paid for delivery which at checkout it did not state that the order can take up to 10 days, I had to read this separately on the delivery and returns tab. I have still not received my order in full way after the 10 days delivery expectation. When I rang up to explain about the stain and chase the rest of my order the guy that I spoke to had no idea about anything and had to put me on hold 4 times to speak with his manager.I am fully aware and appreciate that this is a difficult time for employees and employers but this service is poor.

Worst place ever.. staff very unhelpful and can't be bothered to even look for orders. Jave really bad attitudes towards custmors. I would never use this store/company again. I would say to everyone do not buy from them and definitely not when there at the school. I did and had nothing but problems with my order a member of staff even said i took items away with me and telling me I already have it when I don't. I'm now 4weeks in from placing my order and still waiting for an item...Staff at the school visits can't add up I had to do it for them they put down all the wrong information and then when I paid the receipt roll ran out so I had no receipt and then they wanted me to pay twice..I could go on about the poor service but I would never ever use this company/shop again

Great service, had everything I needed. Price alright.

Ordered a summer hat sept 8th, waited for a month. There was no reply to the 3 emails I sent until I threated to get my money back through my bank. I gota phone call 2 months later explaining the summer hat was out of stock and won't be available until next year. Great! My child had no protection to the intense sun mid September and morleys were useless.

Had to reorder my sons logo blazer for the next size up as it was a little too tight, this was 1 day after the 'cut off date' to guarantee arrival before the start of the school year, however I was assured that due to it being one of the 'star schools' it would be prioritised and would be here in plenty of time. I called the store today as school is starts tomorrow to ask if it has arrived yet, the person I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful from the second they answered the phone. I explained I was waiting for the blazer and had been told it should be in before the start of school but I hadn't received a call yet (I was told someone would call by a staff member when I reordered) to be told 'we don't call we send a text or email' I said I hadn't received either to which the reply was 'well then it's not in' I politely asked if they could check to see if there was an expected arrival date and was informed 'we have stock coming in every day' as this didn't actually answer my question I asked if they could double check it had actually been ordered, by this point they were not even trying to hide their annoyance at actually having to perform some type of customer service and rudely said 'well I need more information' (well obviously seeing as you've not even asked my name or the name of the school) I gave them my order information and they replied with 'it's ordered, but it was after the cut off date' before they simply disconnected to call without so much as a goodbye.

Appalling service! Yes there’s a pandemic but what kind of retailer takes orders via a text message and responds with a reply text message saying ‘your will receive a call no earlier from a week today and don’t text back as you will lose your place in the queue’ I’ve never liked this supplier, they are poorly organised, young staff are poorly trained and its extremely frustrating that it’s the only place you can order the school uniform from! I wish the school (Arnold Hill) would change supplier, their mapperly branch has been closed down for months and months, with the only other store in Chilwell! Very frustrating that I have no choice at all but to buy from here when the all around customer experience is so dire!
