Staff are friendly, the lady at the door is helpful. However, the machine really need fixing or please just replaced it with a new machine as it doesn't do it job right and sometime it's broken/faulty or very buggy.

Closed moved to town waste of time says open on website

HiMy experience in the store today was absolutely atrocious I went in to get help to send money in a non E.U country. Was told by your member of staff to use western union, if I wanted to do that I would of. She also said she tried to send money to Pakistan yesterday and was unsuccessful. She then went onto Google to check how to do it. I stood and queued and was eventually told to return the next day if I still couldn't do it at home. She made me feel like it was too much bother to help me. Had to take the morning of work to come down and was a total waste of time. I was really dissapointed and angry about all this especially as I'm no further forward.

Great staff but many counters are now shut. They recommend customers to use the machines which aren't always even working. Always long queues and it's getting worse.

worst experience .i suggest Newcastle city centre branch is best.staffs are so nice and helpfull

Queues can be long.Noticed a few Tellers speak multiple languages which is good as this part of Newcastle has a high Asian population.

Remove this location, it’s deceptive.You can’t say you are located somewhere and no where to be found

Not sure if this is the branch but I was told it was Newcastle branch by Craig. He was a great help and had I not called back after being told I could not report my card stolen by the previous operator I would be in a lot of needless worry now. Thank you Craig for knowing Barclay's procedure unlike the Stanmore branch.
