Great service by the team here. Always willing to help out and very knowledgeable about their cars and the capabilities. Nice refreshments, although toilets could do with a make over. Lots of parking and huge range of vehicles to try out. MG is definitely an up and coming brand again. The Chinese have really done a good with MG.

My wife and I purchased a new MG ZS in Nov 23. An excellent value for money car with a 7 year warranty making it one of the best offers available in the new car market. Sam Atril was a fantastic salesman and looked after us brilliantly from order to handover and was always on hand for our queries in-between. An excellent customer service experience overall.

NOT WHAT WE EXPECTEDWe wanted to leave it a week before we left a review on our new MG5 EV so we could give our honest opinion. The car is very intuitive and fantastic to drive, the car has a good balance between space, range and quality, and we are very happy that we chose the MG5 from all the others that we viewed that was within our budget. The main factor that clinched the deal was it was an estate.The customer service we recieved from Tony Hunt who dealt with our initial enquiry, showed us around the car and answered all our questions, including how long the wait would be till we would receive the MG5 was second to none.Tony was friendly and professional from our enquiry to the purchase, from start to finish. Tony kept us up to date with delivery times and was only a week or so of his estimated date of delivery.Would I recommend Rodgers of Plymouth MG? Yes I would. They were friendly, professional and their communication exceeded our expectations.Would I recommend the MG5 EV long range? If you looking for a good blance of space, range and quality at a budget, then yes I would. We have two dogs and two disabled children one that requires a wheel chair so It being an estate clinched the deal for us.

One very happy customer, I visited Sam Atrill about 6 months ago when I wasn't happy with a car I took out on PCP from Kia Brixton. Sam was brilliant told me what I had to do with the car before continuing. 6 months on contacted Sam and my self and partner visited the show room to chat about my other car and to give back my unwanted Kia and buy a car I actually liked and wanted. I recently went to Rodgers MG to purchase an ex demo, after visiting several other car dealers and bejnf treated poorly. When I got there it was already sold. Craig put no pressure at all on me but I made an appointment to come back later to see what was available.... less than a week later I have a brand new MG3, with an amazing deal, Craig was honest, told me about a scheme I could join to get a good deal as I am a local authority worker, the whole process was super smooth and I'm thrilled with my new car. Craig and Beth from the sales team put up with my emails asking lots of questions, all were answered quickly and completelyThank you Craig for making the experience stress free and despite my refusal to test drive it I love it!Hoping not to see you too soon in the nicest possible way lol.
