The 2 loading men were really helpful. They did an exceptional job fitting in as much as possible in the storage pod. If there is such a thing as a Tetris tournament they should enter as I'm sure they would win! Everything went very smoothly and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I must say, I'm thoroughly disappointed with the service I received from this company. Given the premium prices they charge for storage and delivery, I had expected a level of service that matched the cost. Unfortunately, what I experienced was far from satisfactory.First and foremost, the service provided by this company can only be described as rubbish. From the start, it was clear that they lacked a basic understanding of accountability and responsibility. Numerous issues arose throughout my interaction with them, and each time, they seemed more interested in deflecting blame than in resolving the problems.The lack of accountability was evident in their inability to take responsibility for mistakes and mishaps that occurred during the storage and delivery process. It's disheartening when a company fails to admit its errors and instead chooses to pass the buck onto its customers.It's incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't seem to value its customers or their satisfaction.In conclusion, for a company that charges exorbitant fees for storage and delivery services, I expected a level of professionalism, accountability, and responsibility that simply wasn't delivered. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone seeking reliable and customer-centric service.

THEY STORED YOUR CARD DETAIL AND CHARGED WHENEVER THEY WANTThis company only responds if you are writing a negative review online, but they don't respond as promptly to a single email sent to them addressing this issue.To effectively resolve this problem, your company should inform me before charging my card without any authorization. If you inform me beforehand, this issue can be addressed effectively without any of these frustrating conversations and processes.Regarding informing my management company, they told me that I need to let them know when I am using the 'Alameda car park,' but not the space where you guys load the items. I was not aware that I needed to inform them if I am just using the loading base below my apartment. The management company has poor communication and processes, similar to Easystorage!Additionally, I received a penalty ticket when I was moving in, despite informing them and registering the truck. However, the removal company alerted me when they received the ticket but did not attempt to charge my card without authorization. Consequently, the ticket was resolved effectively, unlike this case.The difference between these two cases highlights the absurdity of your company's business process, causing inconvenience for the customer. With a seamless and effective process, all these issues could be avoided.I disputed this with my card company because your company did not respond and did not refund the fee, even though the management had revoked the ticket. This cost and the dispute occurred due to the poor and inappropriate business process in handling this situation.Furthermore, I feel unsafe and unreliable when I use Easystorage services. I have been called and emailed several times a day to ask for payment. During their calls, they asked for all the details on the card, including the card number, date, and even CVV, to proceed with the transaction. I felt confused at that moment as this process seemed suspicious. However, I proceeded with doubt as I needed removal services, and the sales representative was pushy. It turned out that this was a trick for them to store my card details without my pre-approval.Additionally, the sales representative and your employees verbally mentioned that I only needed to inform your company 2 days in advance to book the return of my item. However, when I asked them to return my item 3 days in advance via chat, they said they would contact me the next day when an employee is available. Unfortunately, no one responded the following day. I had to contact online support again, and they said it was TOO SHORT notice, and they were unable to process the return.As a result, my item had to wait for an additional 4 days to be returned. This situation forced me to live in an empty apartment without any of my belongings for 4 days.Considering all the incidents with Easystorage, it is clear that this company is solely focused on maximizing their profit at any cost, even if it means charging their clients without informing them of additional costs. What a ridiculous company with absurd business processes!

their lorry broke down & they apologised the moment it broke down & fixed a new appointment when they told me it had broken down. (they offered to come when the lorry was fixed, but the street would have been too busy then for parking.)

Do not book with them. No communication on their side, the van didn’t show up and I had to call them before discovering that the driver was sick. The collection was cancelled for two days in a row. I had to rent a van and leave my boxes in a friend house. Honestly, a joke. Customer service doesn’t exist. They still have to sort out the issue, my boxes are still there. Do not bother to book with them.

So far so good! Communication has been fantastic. The guys that turned up to collect my stuff were extremely friendly, polite, and efficient. They explained exactly what was happening and where my stuff was going to be stored.
