Although all McDonald's are kind of like the same, this store was lacking in efficency. The food was OK but the wait time for food is the only thing lacking at this store.

Morning visit so not busy. Nice car park out back easy divethru. Biggest issue is trying to get back on the road there's a bus stop which blocks the view.

Drive through staff are brilliant, but who ever puts the orders up needs sorted. Everytime I have a banana milkshake it's just milk no banana. Fillet of fish no cheese, twice I got cheese. Chicken wrap I was on the toilet after 10 mins and I gave my dog tiny morsel and she was sick. I think this particular one needs investigating.

Was served by a lovely lady name Janaiah today, made sure my order was all there and was all round just a perfect example of how front of house staff should be, coming from someone who works in a similar industry. Will be returning as this made my whole experience. Thankyou Janaiah

As far as McDonald's goes, I found that this restaurant is quite cramped in size and what seating is available. Also the service if you have to pay using cash seems to take longer to get served at the till. It seems that they expect everyone to use self service points. Toilets are also incredibly cramped. Food is usual McDonald's standards and wait times are decent once served.

Worst McDonald's around. Manager Is rude, obnoxious and has no idea about customer service... how do you pick your management? From a hat? Just Eat are just as bad facilitating this place... order almost £20 worth of food, recieve 2 drinks split all over bags and some else's drink... no food... delivered on a pedal bike freezing cold. Manager said not his problem go back to just eat!!!!! Wow!! No refund either... JOKE!

Everything was great, from the drive through staff to thee food! However the only thing that let it slip was the drink, every time I get a coke from here in the mornings it tastes so bad of chemicals.Maybe you should let the system run a few drinks after cleaning the drink lines, so all the cleaner has gone.Aside from this, always a great experience. Drive thru server is great, although I have never caught his name.

Restaurant is open from 7am every day, Drive-thru is open from 5am every day. Typical McDonald's location. Very clean, food hot, good service.

STAY AWAYShambles, this restaurant serves poor quality cold food the presentation is shocking. The burgers are slapped together with no care. Today my delivery included medium fries, the bag was sealed and when opened half a box of fries see picture added. This is the 3rd delivery I have had, and it is always always cold. If you contact the restaurant they take no responsibility and blame the driver. To contact the delivery company you have fill out a form.Shocking customer service.
