I have had the opportunity to translate official documents with Word360 in more than one occasion, and I have to say that I am very much satisfied with them. They have become my go-to translator anytime that I need to translate an official document. They always respond extremely fast, and translate within the time frame (even before when I needed it urgently). Also, the people working there are very nice and helpful :) Highly recommended!

It has been a great experience working with word360, the admin team are very well organised, well mannered and a pleasure to work with, I would say I am very satisfied being a part of this agency. Payments are always on time and there's always a helping hand when needed. Overall I enjoy my work and I look forward to continue working with them .

EDIT: response to Word 360:I´m not going to provide any of my details to you. There was a time when I was writing plenty of emails to improve the situation.By decreasing the hourly rate you knew exactly what you were doing and I don´t know what made you thinking people would like to work for such a money. Maybe as an act of desperation. What you call ´´ fair pay rates´´ is a disrespect to people's skills and experience. Also, it puts you in one raw with other agencies with bad reputation. Good luck.Word360 total disgrace when it comes to hourly rate for remote interpreters. For medical (range from GP to neurologist) phone translation you will get as little as £12/h (decreased last year from £15) and still have to deduct tax from it as you work on self employed basis. They look for cheap labor and create the image of ethical workplace on social media platforms. Not to mention when the client requested me for next call, I have never received any booking from that client, even though I informed Word360 about client's request, not arranging anything behind their back.I'm not competitive company, rather an individual interpreter.

The most awfull agency on earth par excellence. They receive more than 40 pounds an hour for every booking while they pay 14 pounds to the poor interpreter. Everyone out there pretends to be professional and expert and fair. However, they give jobs just to their elite interpreters. The rest they get sent to risky or remote places. Treatment of interpreters is utterly disgraceful. Interpreters are also partly to blame because they easily accept humiliation and slavery. They allow and agree to the downgrade when they approved and accepted lower rates.

My experience with Word360 has been brilliant! The staff work cohesively together (translators, office administrators and project directors)... and the communication to me was speedy and clear. I received both soft copy and hard copy of my translated document within days of my initial request. They are clearly a highly professional group of people.I will certainly apply to Word 360 for all future certified translations. I recommend them to others without reservation.

I am a Freelance Interpreter ..Good company to work forFriendly and helpful staff always on the phone.Always paid before the end of the month.Available work during the weekdays. However, there are a few things I'd like to see this company improve on - such asI have been working for this company for several years and the hourly rate pay has remained the same. There's been no increase in our hourly pay even though the National Minimum Wage in that time has seen 2 or 3 separate increases. The option of cancelling bookings as long as it is over 24 hours away should be available on the current app.Experienced / Senior Interpreters should be on a higher rate than someone who is new to the company.Thank you-

Had an interview with them recently. They forgot about the interview so I reminded them and replied to me “calling now” and the interviewer asked me if Japanese is Cantonese. Rude and absolutely awful experience. They are not language professionals.
